What is RB?+
RB is RivalBet's balance unit. Your RB balance is used for match stakes and winnings.
How do I join a match?+
Open the relevant game, choose the format you want to play, then use the Rival Code provided by the match creator.
What happens if I don't have enough RB?+
You won't be able to create or join a match unless your available balance covers the required stake.
How does a 2V2 match work?+
The match creator creates the 2V2 lobby and shares the Rival Code. Players joining the lobby can select the team they want to join, subject to available team slots.
When do I receive my winnings?+
Once the match result has been confirmed, the winning player's or team's winnings can be credited to their RivalBet balance.
Can I withdraw my RB?+
Withdrawals are handled through the withdrawal section of your account. Availability and requirements may depend on your account and the withdrawal method.
