How do I create a match?+
Choose a game and format, select your mode and stake, then create the match. RivalBet will generate a private Rival Code that you can send to your opponent.
How do I join a match?+
Go to Games and choose Join a Match. Enter the Rival Code given to you by the match creator.
What happens to my Rival Bucks?+
Your stake is used for the match. Once the match is completed and the winner is confirmed, the appropriate balance is updated.
I joined the wrong match. What should I do?+
Do not continue playing the match. Contact support as soon as possible and provide the Rival Code and details of what happened.
I have a problem with a match.+
Contact support with the Rival Code, your nickname and a description of the problem. If necessary, include screenshots or other evidence.
